Errol McLean

Dr. Errol McLean was installed as the Senior Pastor of the All Nations SDA church on September 06, 2014. He currently serves in that role as well as on the staff of the North American Division Evangelism Institute (NADEI) as an Associate Director.  Prior to that ministry assignment he served in the Bermuda Conference of Seventh-day Adventist since 1995 as pastor, departmental director and later as Ministerial Secretary for the Conference.  Dr. McLean began pastoral ministry in the West Jamaica Conference in 1986. In 1990 he received an award from the West Indies Union for outstanding accomplishments in evangelism.

Evangelism and soul winning have always been a big part of Errol’s ministry. In addition to Bermuda and Jamaica, he has also done evangelistic ministry in Canada, the United States and the Cayman Island.  He is a trained diversity development facilitator and has presented seminars in issues of diversity, church growth, Natural Church Development, members in ministry and biblical spirituality.

Dr. Errol Mclean was born in Jamaica and completed his undergraduate studies in theology at the Northern Caribbean University. At graduation in 1985, he was chosen by the faculty and his peers for the award of “Theology Student of the Year.” He also holds an M.A. in Human Resource Development and Management from Webster University, a Masters in Pastoral Ministry from Andrews University and a Doctor of Ministry degree in Evangelism and Church Growth from Andrews University.

Errol McLean is married to Melzetta Ratteray.  They have been married for over 20 years and have two young adult sons, Newton and Jovan.

As a committed evangelist, pastor, and leader, Errol’s philosophy is to be used by God in service to his fellow men. His vision and daily prayer is for a fresh pentecostal outpouring of the Holy Spirit resulting in a church that has an intimate personal relationship with Jesus Christ and is passionate about ministry – a ministry of leading our lost family, friends and neighbors to salvation in Jesus Christ.
